Things to Know

We are located within a neighborhood, and the cabin is about 100 feet from the main house. While it is all quite beautiful, you are not deep in a remote forest.
We have a chimenia setup for your use. Please feel free to burn small branches and logs you find on the grounds.
The small portable grill is for your use, too. You must supply the coals and such.
We occasionally host campfires. Ask if you want one while you are here. (Fall through spring only.)
The deck behind the main house is available for your use. From it, you can observe the turtles and other creatures in our abandoned pool. This pool, by the way, inspired the children's book "Coyotes On My Floaties" available here.
Fall through spring we maintain walking trails through the woods on the property. Sorry, but they become overgrown in summer.
We are in the process of transitioning our lawn into a meadow to support pollinators and other wildlife. Enjoy its natural beauty.
